Featuring: Turk Heavy Transport
Turk Heavy Transport have successfully delivered an aircraft body measuring 37 x 4 x 4m and weighing 22tns from Bahrain International Airport to the Bahrain Defence Force location at a distance of around 33km.
The massive piece of cargo was smoothly transported on an 8-axle hydraulic low-bed with a special oversize extension beam (as photographed in the gallery below).
The transportation was carried out after midnight in the early hours of the morning to avoid traffic as the journey navigated through the highways.
Traffic Police and Defence Force Authorities provided escorts throughout the transport.
