Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, transport companies found on or through Freightbook Ltd, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by submitting this Form you agree that: (a) Freightbook Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such companies on Freightbook Ltd, and (b) any orders placed by you on, and any product specifications and product availability appearing on Freightbook Ltd are subject to confirmation by, and the terms and conditions of business of, the relevant company and (c) all transactions are undertaken at your own risk and judgment and that, under no circumstances, can Freightbook Ltd be held responsible.

You should ensure that you are able to make payments to meet agreed terms with your fellow Freightbook partners, in the time frame stipulated and without any national or financial barriers or restricts you from so doing. Failure to do so will result in your immediate removal from the Freightbook website with no refund and notification of your debt will be made to FreightDeadbeats (www.freightdeadbeats.com).

Cancellations and Refunds

You may request a cancellation of your company listing within 30 days of commencement for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your listing and claim a refund you must notify us by end of business (17:00 GMT) on the 30th day by emailing judith@freightbook.net. All refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card or account to which your listing was charged. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be charged back to your card or account. Refunds are not available in respect of company listings cancelled after 30 days of commencement.
