Another successful delivery by Turk Logistics & Heavy Transport on February 05, 2019 for the ongoing project at Alba Pot Line 6.
Turk have provided complete port-to-door logistics solutions for cargo supplied by Fives ECL of France.
Services included:
The road-works were completed on the route as to make the passage of trucks possible.
The cargo consisted of a total eight-units of tool trolleys, weighing 53 T each, featuring dimensions of 10.6 m x 5.75 m x 4.60 m.
All of the tool trolleys were received from ship hook on a hydraulic low-bed at KBS Port and was placed in temporary storage on stools support.
At a later date, the tool trolleys were jacked up & jacked down onto a hydraulic low-bed and transported to the final destination; the unloading operations on-site were performed with the same method.
