Solibra are Kindly Donating to Stray Animals in Istanbul

Solibra Lojistik Hizmetleri in Turkey are kindly donating $1 from every shipment to feed and cover medical expenses of stray animals in Istanbul.

"Many animals, losing their natural environment in the ever-growing, 15-million-strong city of Istanbul, have to lead poor and miserable lives on the streets, sometimes also suffering from cruel treatment.

Life on the streets is hard and brutal for strays - the abandoned animals that cannot survive without the help of humans. Disease, accidents, starvation, extreme heat or cold await many street animals.

The estimated number of strays (cats and dogs together) in the city is around 250,000, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's Veterinary Services Directorate says."

"For every shipment booking with us, we will donate USD $1 to feed and cover medical costs of stray animals. Invoices and receipts of donations are broadcast on our blog."
