Featuring: Turk Heavy Transport
Turk Logistics and Heavy Transport were awarded the contract to transport a massive landing craft measuring 34.05 x 9.60 x 7.00m and weighing 200tns.
The cargo was transported on a 16-axle hydraulic low-bed from the Production Area to the Tier Area of the Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard (ASRY) in Bahrain. Turk had to specially design and construct a 12m tow-bar to pull the total weight of 290tns. Pictured above is the Turk Logistics and Heavy Transport team with the impressive load and more photos of the cargo can be viewed by clicking on the below thumbnail gallery.
The huge craft was shifted to the designated area under the expertise of the staff and crew of Turk to the full satisfaction of their client.
